How long will my order take?

In general we try to send all orders within 24 hours, although during promotional periods it can get a bit hectic. If your order is urgent, please let us know. UK first class mail should be delivered the day after posting. Europe takes about three days, while the rest or the world takes five or six.

Can I get an order sent to an address other than home?

Yes. Just state the details on the order form.

Is your web site secure?

Yes. Payments are handled on our behalf by Secure Trading with industry leading encryption and security. Internally, all paperwork with customers' details is shredded before ever being discarded.

Can I return something that doesn't fit?

Yes. Please enclose details of your order reference number and clear instructions if you would like a refund or exchange.

Do you have a wholesale price list?

Yes. If you're a bone fide trade customer, please contact us for details.

Do you offer a drop shipping programme?

Not yet but it is under active consideration and we hope to have one in due course.

Browse wLingerie.com collections and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy. Click on checkout when you have finished shopping and just follow the instructions.

Order Confirmation

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify the shipment of the products.

Order Status and Tracking

Sign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have chosen for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.

Order Cancellation

No cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

Orders will be processed only once the payment has been accepted. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled after 5 working days.

Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to a WorldPay Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.
wLingerie.com will have no information relating to your credit card details.

Bank Transfer Payment

wLingerie.com banking details will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail if you have opted for the bank transfer payment. After you have made the transfer, please contact us quoting your order and transaction numbers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Process

Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days for Singapore and 7 business days for international order.

Shipping to a Different Address

You can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.

Shipping Charges - International Orders

We ship every day worldwide. Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We can not be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to wLingerie.com. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent. We mention it here so that you are aware that such fees may become payable. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled. Packages which are refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

All international orders are sent by registered airmail. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment

Our items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you noticed any manufacturer-default, we will proceed to the exchange of your purchase. wLingerie.com only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Return and Exchange

Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We advise to send your package back to us through an insured, traceable method.
For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice.
